There are very few people on earth who enjoy food more than me......here's a tasty recipe for some spicy dressing for Thanksgiving, it is simple!

Here's a different post.....since I'm hosting Thanksgiving, I'm going to make the traditional dressing....and this one, it's almost a meal in itself, it's pretty tasty there neighbors!!

1 lb. Italian Bread dried (used to use French bread, but f 'em)
1lb. Hot Italian Sausage
1 med. Onion
2-3 ribs of celery
1 bell pepper (red or green)
1 TB oregano
1 TS crushed red pepper flakes
2 cups chicken broth
1 stick melted butter
1 cup white wine
8 oz. fresh parmesan cheese

Cut up bread in 1 inch pieces, needs to be dry!
Brown sausage
Add onion, celery and bell pepper, sautee
Add oregano, crushed red pepper

In a big bow, dump in bread, sausage
Add butter, wine, cheese and some chicken broth, make sure it is NOT too wet
Put in 13x9x2 baking pan, cover with foil for 30 minutes
Remove foil, bake for 10-15 more minutes until a bit crispy
