Barney Fife, the greatest character EVER on TV, thanks for all of the great laughs! Archie Bunker is a close second. Since I rarely ever watch TV, but have caught one episode of 24, Jack Bauer gets third......even Jack Bauer knows there must be a reason that Barney Fife only carried one bullet!
