I was born and raised in Arizona, the 5th of 6 children. The 'rents moved here from Minnesota about 1 year before I was born. I am married to a truly beautiful Mexican girl (see archived posts for June.."How I met the Queen of Tequila). I love golf, football, most anything pertaining to Mexico, current events/politics and I have the ability to talk backwards ALMOST as fast as I can talk forwards. Now you can take that 2 ways, let's just say I do speak at the same speed/rate as any normal Joe, I even did a stint on the #1 rated morning radio show (93.3 KDKB) here in Phoenix a few years back as "The Amazing Dr. Rewind". Oh boy; so not only you are going to China this April, but next year too?...Make sure they have spouses included in the Olympics package...;-)
We have offices throughout China, and a few of us get to go. We're going to either the Opening of Closing ceremonies, can't wait.
Don't know about the Mrs. just yet, hopefully they'll make it work.
My friend is marrying a Chinese girl and they're going back to China for that event. I might even join them; have always wanted to see China.

I'll send you some flight info next week, I'm going for a company meeting in Shanghai, went a few years ago to Beijing, visited the the Great Wall, it was the end of November and a bit cold. I ell you what, I've NEVER seen smog like i saw in Bejing, I honestly couldn't see the end of the runway when we took off.
We (company) are purchasing tickets in a few months, will be a hoot and a half!
Well, we have to correct the smog part; next time we go to México, we'll take you back to México City and get you a "refresher" course on pollution...
