About Me

I was born and raised in Arizona, the 5th of 6 children. The 'rents moved here from Minnesota about 1 year before I was born. I am married to a truly beautiful Mexican girl (see archived posts for June.."How I met the Queen of Tequila). I love golf, football, most anything pertaining to Mexico, current events/politics and I have the ability to talk backwards ALMOST as fast as I can talk forwards. Now you can take that 2 ways, let's just say I do speak at the same speed/rate as any normal Joe, I even did a stint on the #1 rated morning radio show (93.3 KDKB) here in Phoenix a few years back as "The Amazing Dr. Rewind". I am sending this to you in light of your recent post.
It has been confirmed that the 31 Americans are not to be charged. This is good news as the judicial system here is terrible and slow. The prisons are awful. We have a prison ministry at our church, so I know what I am talking about. People disappear, sometimes are literally"butchered.
So, you see my concern for these Americans.
From what I can gather, they were to be allowed to leave yesterday. The fact remains that one of the charges against them was that they were here doing "Religious "work. The constitution of Venezuela guarantees freedom of religion , but this right is being denied the Indians of Venezuela.
I had been aware of this but have to be cautious.
