Quick question.....

What do you call an African American or black person that actually is French and lives in France? Do you call this person an African French? Or what about a black person who is Australian and lives in Australia? An African Aussie? Or a black guy/girl that is Brazilian and lives in Brazil? An African Brazilian?

I'm serious. Why is it that only in the United States that we call black people preceded by the term "African"?
