Ray Nagin and The "Chocolatization" of New Orleans

Man, the left just comes up with ridiculous quote after quote, some real beauties, you've got Al Gore, HOward Dean, Hillary, Ted "The Swimmer" Kennedy et al, let's just start off with New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin.

Nagin says that God purposely created hurricane after hurricane to punish America because God is "Mad at America", even though that is crazy, I particularly like the next one, Nagin also promised that New Orleans will be a "chocolate" city again.

"It's time for us to come together. It's time for us to rebuild New Orleans _ the one that should be a chocolate New Orleans," the mayor said. "This city will be a majority African American city. It's the way God wants it to be. You can't have New Orleans no other way. It wouldn't be New Orleans."

What about the white, hispanic, asian peoples of New Orleans? Since you have close ties with God, can you ask God if these people can remain there in New Orleans and be a part of the Chocolate city?
