Cartoon Break.........Tequila Time!

Don't know about you but the cartoon jihad and an ultra busy work week has got me spinning, I'm ready for a break heading into the weekend, the wife and 8 yr old boy will be gone all day tomorrow, so I get to watch the 3.5 yr gringa and nearly 2 yr old pint size gringo (well, not so pint sized). Will be planning this summer's trip to Tequila, Jalisco (maybe drive again) and/or Minnesota and tweakin' and pickin' the banjo. Here's some Tequila to enjoy.....(click photo's to enlarge)

A nice shot of blue agave field in Tequila

A peek inside the Jose Cuervo Distellery and Museum.

Those are the "piña's" that come from the blue agave plant which will soon be the delicious nectar called tequila.

You do a 180 degree turn and this is just outside the Jose Cuervo side door.

El Chiquihuitillo mountain just outside of Tequila

Dan, thanks for sharing!

Those images of Mexico remind me of Panama in the late '60's.

It must be grand to visit Mexico with your wife and children, showing the children your wife's heritage and viewing all the good that Mexico offers.

If only politics and corruption (... did I repeat myself? ;) ) could be permanently removed from the Mexico/United States equation?

Our lands are so beautiful and our people, so interesting!

Good on ya'!

Have enjoyable and safe trips ...

Sarge,
Mexico still has some of that wild west in it, I can only imagine what Panama was like back then, must've been grand!

Oh man, I love going there to visit, I guarantee you, the hospitality cannot be beat, the food and things to see are incredible.

Yes, there certainly is ample amount of corruption there, (where isn't there?) keeps you on your toes!

Adíos! Sarge, que tenga un buen día!
