The man responsible for the Oil for Food scandal, the genocide in Darfur AND Rwanda is now calling for the closure of the prison Guantanamo Bay and release the terrorists. These 4 items are proof alone that the U.N. is an incompetent, worthless organization that should cease to exist. Let's see, this "leader" is responsible for the organizing billions of dollars in kickbacks from Saddam Hussein's regime, the turning of his back while millions were being killed in Africa and now he wants to let loose the madmen who want to destroy everything non-Muslim.

Annan will have a lot of explaining to do when he meets his maker.
