Hugo Castro or Fidel Chavez

The Venezuelan Constitution allows a president to be re-elected only once in immediate succession. Chavez is eligible for re-election to another six-year term in December, but if he wins he wouldn't be able to run again in 2012.
Does one really think he'll hang it up in 2012? Not a chance. Like all leftwing politico's (a case can be made for extreme right wing), they have an insatiable appetite for power and to feed their ego.

You don't hear Cindy Sheehan screaming about him, but you've got Dems in general wanting recount after recount if a Republican wins!
Unfortunately most of SA is going for a very rough ride.
