Eau de Tequila

Believe it or not, they may have a winner here, yes, José Cuervo International teamed up with a company in Switzerland and will soon market a perfume made with 100 percent blue agave. It's part of José Cuervo's push to introduce its new Gran Centenario ultra-premium Tequila.

The company describes the fragrance as "a citrus burst of sparkling lime blended with 100 percent blue agave Gran Centenario Plata Tequila and alluring notes of oakwood."

This sounds a little strange, but if you have ever had a chance to get a whiff of what cooked blue agave smells like, you know it's awesome.......very sweet, like honey. Nothing like waking up in the town of Tequila with the scent of cooked blue agave blowing through town.

BTW, looks like the family will be heading down to Tequila, Jalisco at the end of July and into the first or second week in August, if anyone has a hankering to go there, drop me a line!
